Search Terms
When a visitor enters a name, location, or similar detail into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Laclede County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the submitted information may be kept long enough to review and reply. It is not shared outside the organization unless a legal obligation requires disclosure, such as a valid subpoena, court order, or other lawful process under Missouri or federal law.
